A reminder and a record are different

An alert tells you that an item is scheduled. It does not confirm that you took it. Use the intake record to reflect what actually happened, and check the correct medication and scheduled time before making an entry. If you spot a mistaken entry, correct the record rather than treating the notification history as proof.

Make notes useful

The app listing describes a side-effect log. Write a factual note about what you noticed and when, without using the app to diagnose a cause or check drug interactions. A dated observation is easier to discuss with a professional than a vague memory. The app cannot establish whether a symptom is caused by a medicine.

Review before sharing

Check the dates and medication names before discussing a record with someone else. Share only the information you want that person to see. MedEphant includes sharing and care-circle features in its public listing; review the current controls and privacy policy first. Questions about missed doses or treatment should go to a pharmacist or clinician.

A reminder app supports organisation. It does not prescribe treatment, determine doses or replace advice from your pharmacist or clinician.
